Thank you for visiting "RSS Solutions" web store. This website is managed by "RSS Solutions" and its owners in south africa. By visiting or shopping on our web store you accept ALL of the following terms and conditions as stipulated below. Please read through them carefully before proceeding.

 

Export restrictions

We currently only supply goods in south africa but will supply the rest of africa in the near future. Please visit our website for more information or email us at sales@RSS Solutions.Co.Za

Delivery policy

Only on subject of availability and proof of payment will we process your order and deliver your goods within 5 business days.

All goods are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed although the utmost care will be taken to reflect stock on hand in the warehouse. RSS Solutions cannot be held liable if goods are out of stock when the order was made.

Shipment costs for deliveries outside south africa will be pre-agreed if possible. Please email us if you are outside the borders of south africa.

The goods will be delivered to the address provided by the purchaser in the registration process. All risks of goods shall pass to the purchaser upon conclusion/delivery of the sale. Any person who receives the goods at the address as stipulated by the purchaser will be presumed to be the authorized to accept delivery on behalf of the purchaser.

Payment, payment options and card charges

Payment terms are based on a project to project bases and there are alternative solutions which can be met when it comes to payment.

Payment is received via bank transfer and needs to be cleared to check against fraud. Please speak to us about alternative solution.

Alternative 1: purchase and delivery of products.

All products need to be paid in full before delivery.

Alternative 2: purchase and delivery and installation of products.

Depending on the size of the project.

Smaller projects:

90% payment before delivery.

10% payment on completion of installation.

Larger projects:

50% payment before manufacturing will commence.

40% payment before delivery.

10% payment on completion of installation.

Hugh projects.

Term of payment to be negotiated.

Alternative 3: 30 day account customers

Accounts needs to be settled 30 days of products on delivery date.
Accounts needs to be settled 30 days of delivery on installation date.

If you have any questions don't hesitate to give us a call.

Provided that payment is made according to your instructions we shall not be responsible if such payment is not actually received. In this event we shall endeavour (but not be obliged) to retrieve any payments erroneously transferred but will not have any further liability obligation for such payments if we are unable to retrieve or recoup same

We may change our products, prices and or services on this site according to our own discretion.

Prices are subject to change at any time due to fluctuations and can be changed without prior notice.

We are currently not vat registered and receive all our payments without vat but this is subject to change as soon as we enter the applicable vat policies of south africa.

All effort has been made in the prices of all items however if there was a mistake with a price we will contact your self and update the price.

Prices are also subject to change at any time without prior notice and will be updated at official quote stage.

Note: provision of goods is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed although the utmost care will be taken to reflect stock on hand in the warehouse.

 

"RSS Solutions" cannot be held liable if goods are out of stock when the order was placed. We will do everything in our power to make sure that goods are delivered or ordered if stock is not available at the time and will also inform you if this is the case. If stock is not available after the order was placed we will inform you of the waiting period or refund you within 20 working days if no stock could be sourced.

Quotations are only valid for 7 days as prices are subject to change due to many unforeseen factors. E.G. Rand dollar exchange rate and import costs that change daily. Please request a new quote after the expiry of 7 days.

Ownership of the goods only passes to the purchaser on receipt of payment of the full purchase price
